Artist Statement
Mingze is an installation artist exploring the dormant emotional Forms within the human heart. Rooted in Plato’s Theory of Forms, his work examines love, memory, and identity through physical installations, digital media, and interactive experiences. By engaging audiences in immersive encounters, he reveals how emotions are not merely felt but constructed—projected onto objects, spaces, and each other. His recent works investigate themes of human connection, often using materials like concrete, glass, wood and digital media to embody poetic contrasts between fragility and permanence.
